hey well a vet told me to put vinegar in the spot the puppie peed on or pooped as in the carpet or floor well i have 2 moth 5 days old papillon and can i spray vinegar with water all over my carpet in my room and then put a peepda when it drys or will he not like being in my room becasue of it or idk
