definitely don&#039;t squeeze them

just use pimple cream

either

salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.

Benzoyl works better for me

For the s.a you can buy clean&amp;clear advtanage

and for the b.p you can buy clean&amp;clear maximum srength persa-gel 10.

Salicylic acid burns a little bit.

To prevent breakouts,

make sure you always wash your face&amp;don&#039;t touch your face often.

Use the Murad system works very well it has and an ingredient salicylic acid but make sure not to get a product with benzoyl peroxide because it makes your acne worse

well I used Proactive. It worked pretty fast for me. It&#039;s a 3 product system. I think it&#039;s like $20 every 2 months? But you have to pay for it on a credit card because they&#039;ll automatically send you a new kit like every 2 months i think? maybe every 3?

or if that doesnt work, see a doctor or dermatologist. they have pills, like Earthamiacin, cant spell, but they were very hard on my stomach. or they have a gel call Tazorac. It just makes your skin very sensative to the sun so either stay out of the sun or wear sunscreen.

Spectro Acne Care cream, it workes great, im a couple of days all of ur acne is gone.

Pray

Wash face with dove soap and warm water twice a day.  Rinse with Water, not a wet towel

Use clean and clear acne cream on the bad areas.

Apply Dove Face lotion on afterwards.
