  1. Hi, I'm a pro skater and you spin on the ball of your foot, that is right underneath your toes. Have fun and good Luck!

  2. the whole thing

  3. When you spin you have to find that sweet spot right on the ball of your foot, right beyond your toe pick.  You will notice that this part of the blade is slightly curved.

    good luck :]

  4. okay. DO NOT SPIN WITH YOUR WHOLE FOOT!

just thought i'd clear that up.

there is a thing called the "ball of your foot"

its a circle just under your big toe. find it?

that is where you spin on.

there is also a thing called an inverted spin where you spin on the outside edge (regular spin is on an inside edge) and that is on the heel of the foot. but i wouldnt try that until you are good at regular spinning.

  5. your weight should be on the ball of your foot for foward spins, on back spins it is more towards the pinky toe.

  6. the sweet spot is on the ball of your foot.
