Help with spongebob dance please!!?

I know its old and that but I wasn't really paying much attention to it when it came out. I have a dance class tomorrow and I have to learn a dance with 8 beats can anyone recommend any short dance that has 8 beats or give me some tips as to how to do spongebob dance. I've tried YouTube to watch the technique but i just can't clock it. Please please help me cause I can't flop tomorrow!! Thank you x

lol...spongebob dance lets see.

only advice i can give without typing for pages is start SLOW.

get the technique down first..then worry about speed.

dont just try to do it fast off the bat cuz its d**n hard that way...go slow first then gradually faster and faster
