Help with spots please?

i need some help guys

i have quite afew spots on my forehead and i really hate them. what makes it worse is that they will not go!

ive tried numerous creams, even toothpaste and im really upset about them,

i dont have acne or anything, its just afew spots that i dont like and there are the odd few that are pretty big

any REALLY GOOD creams or ways to get rid of spots and get a clear complexion.

please dont say drinnk water and eat fruit cause i do that!

Sudocrem! I swear by it, it's an antiseptic healing cream usually used for things like nappy rash and can be bought in most pharmacies. I use it as soon as I see even the slightest trace of a spot appearing, and people always comment on how clear my skin is. Altohugh it is a secret I share with only very close friends. =)
