Help with step aadoption please?

hi i live in the uk and we got married in june we have got the papers but im totally unsure as to what we do there doesnt seem to be anybody that can help social services no help,all that i can tell is that we need to give sombody 3 months notice before putting papers in tried looking on internet but again cant find much,any help would be gladdly apprechiated im at a loss and want to geet the ball rolling

First thing that I would do is make copies x3 of all the papers that you do have. Second go to city and find the address as well as maybe the e-mail address for child services.  That should be a good place to start and good luck to you.
