Help with swelling knees from arthritis?

Hey! So...my knees have recently been diagnosed with arthritis....aaand they swell pretty bad....anything that might help?

Hey i feel your pain you might try Bromelain i get it at the Vitamin Shoppe and ice your knees 2 or 3 times a day hope this helps

Keeping off your feet and your legs up will help with an ice back if the swelling is really bad but remember that cold and arthritis don't really mix. Heat is what generally helps but this is more to do with the pain relief. Glucosamine has been shown to have a lot of success with helping with osteo arthritis and is available over the counter at pharmacies and some major stores.
