Help with synching ipod music onto itunes (mac)?

my ipod has all my music on it and i got a new macbook computer. how do i synch my ipod library onto my new itunes? i have leopard if that helps.

Senuti is a program just for that purpose.  It's very simple, but you have to read the instructions carefully so you don't lose all your music.  You can get Senuti here:
