Help with tapeing SHIN SPLINTS?

Can some one tell me how to tape shin splints? PLEASE?

Use prewrap first and wrap your entire shin tightly. Then take athletic tape and wrap in strips over the prewrap, once again tightly. This is the method I use, but I know there a lot out there. I know it's tedious, but it worked for me. I hope it helps!
