Don't know about an online guide, but you should check out Chilton or Haynes guides.  Haynes covers all 3rd generation Eclipses and Eagle Talons, Chilton covers earlier year models.

Man, you can just look at one in the library for free. Xerox parts you need, like schematics and torque diagrams. If you must use the net ALLDATA can help, but you have to pay.
