So i got the ortho-k, and it DOES help my vision.

But im having problem taking them off in the morning. I dont have alot of times to take them off becuz of tight schedule

So all i do is put in a few drops of solution try to massage eye and loosen it, but sometimes it doesnt loosen and still stay sticky to my eye, so when i use the suction cup to take it off, its really painful

Is there any techniques/ways to loosen the lenses up so its easier to take off, my vision is alot better when taking it off process is not painful, dont know why

  1. I use ortho-K too and had this problem

Firstly try moving the lenses up and down gently with the bottom and top eyelid while putting in an eyedrop

If this doesn't help, then ur lenses could be pushing on your cornea too much. You can go to your optometrist to see what is wrong.

My optometrist gave me something called polygel to put on my lenses, it kind of helps =D

  2. yeah, gotta get the lens moving on your eye 1st.  eyedrops and pushing on the bottom of the lens with your eyelid

  3. Myabe u shd get the refesh plus eyedrop. Use it then try to remove the lenses. this is the problem of dryness that leads to the removal of lenses.
