Help with thesims2.com?

Question

i tried logging into my sims 2 account and it keeps telling me that my passwrd is incorrect,which can't be right cuz i know my password. so i tired making another account but i cant download anything for the website cuz my other account has my games registered and it won't let me register them on the new account cuz they're already taken.

i've tried emailing the password to my email but it never comes.

help??

they might have black-listed you.

wait for about a week.

try again.

Did you check your spam folder? for the email that is?

If you cant get a new account because your email is already in use, ( by you of course silly sims site) contact them and ask them to reset your password. Just go to the top of the page and find support link. go in there and see where you can contact them.
