i need to find this car used, certified for around 20,000 or under.

can someone help me ive looked everywhere.....

And you can look till you're blue in the face and you won't find that car for under $20,000.00 Try closer to $30,000. or more. I'm curious as to how you thought that car would be close to $20,000.
