Help with this error i get on Team Fortress 2?!!?

I installed HLSS ( www.hlss.us ) which is a program you use to play music ingame on Steam games like team fortress 2. So i was installing it and what not and i went in the game and played the music. and then like half an hour later i got this error:

Team Fortress 2 : hl2.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x00010101" referenced memory at "0x3a004300". The memory could not be "written"

Click OK to terminate (close) the program.

So i closed it and uninstalled hlss assuming that was the problem. so i went to play team fortress again like an hour or two later it happened again! does anyone know what i should do or did i not uninstall the WHOLE program? help.

the program is not the problem.

I am having this exact problem, and it started happening today.. I think it's something to do with the Heavy update.

Did it start happening after you updated the game?

I still can't figure out how to solve it, but it looks like another valve bug. I'll wait till tomorrow to see what happens.
