I haven't played competitive Touch Rugby for years so the rules may have changed but I'll answer from what I know...

Question 4:  False, you can do a small kick and catch it but you can also put the ball on the mark, tap it with your foot and pick it up.

Question 6:  False, the team that didnt drop it, gets it (Usually the defensive team).  You can drop the ball on defense too though (dropped intercept)
