Im planning on buy a new shoe online but the shoe I want says size 18D. does it realy mean size 18 cos i dont think any one can wear size 18 shoe

It probably is a size 18. Shaq wears a size 22 and I wear a 16 so it is possible.

check the site, see where it is , if it is in like the U.K. maybe it is really a smaller size.  but yes, there are size 18 feet out there

D is the width of the shoe probably. and 18 maybe European size if that is the case that is pretty tiny. Otherwise a typo...which I believe you may have made in the second half of your question.
