Help with tool bar please??

so you know that tool bar you have at the bottom of your screen? (most people have it blue and some grey? yeah well i dont know what i clicked but instead of it being at the bottom it moved to the right. any help? thanks (PS if your method works i choose you as best answer)

Click and hold the toolbar and just drag it back the the bottom.

Right click>if LOCK THE TASKBAR is not ticked click it> now with your left mouse button click and drag it to the bottom of the screen>release>right click and select lock the taskbar
