Help with track&and me trying to get to school ?

i can run the 40 in 3.901 secs NOT A LIE but i can barley run a 10.19 in the hundred dose my 40 time count in any way to any colleges i need a scholarship ------- I want to run track not play football

Ok if are really running that you should already have a scholarship..

that is a little hard to beleive but if that is the problem you need to work on your top speed some more
