. Im trying to get a good system in my 2007 tundra doublecab. I can get 30-40% off all pioneer stuff. So I was thinking going with everything pioneer...but a jl audio sub like the w3 sealed power wedge. Or what do you think of the pioneer shallow subs? Im pretty sure you can do 6x9's in the front and 6.5's in the back. Id need to get a new head unit, speakers, amps, subs.

  1. I would highly recommend Pioneer's head units, as they are among the best in the business. I also prefer Eclipse, Clarion, and Panasonic for Quality, Performance, and Price. Seeing as how you get 30-40% off Pioneer, go with it, their 2006-2007 decks are awesome, and 2008 are even better. They speakers are great too, get polycarbonate high-end 3-way 6x9's in the rear and 6.5" in front w/ tweeters if you have the spaces for 'em. All pioneer. NOW HERES THE KICKER! For your amp and sub set get the JL PW-W3 even a single 10" in that back box enclosure is going to get more juice handling than any pioneer out there. Amp, just get one that pushes 300w to push the W3 and you should be fine. Remembers to get an amp that WONT blow your sub. GL!
