I'm trying to find out if I am a bit over weight for my age. I'm 12 years old turning 13 in about 4 months or so and im pretty tall im about 5'4-5'5 and 110 pounds I kinda have a sporty body because of gymnastics, dance, track ect. I'm trying to run at a faster paste so now I run about 1 mile a day i.e) 7miles a week. And im trying to get more leg musle to run faster... so am I a bit over weight?...And how can I get more leg musle? and run at a faster pace for track and feild? Thanks In advance Johanna!
