What should a 14 year old wear? Is a red tee and plaid shorts good? It would be his uncles wedding. Thanks

  1. No. At 14, he's no longer a toddler. He can dress up for one day and not raise a fuss. If he can't do that - then his mother and father didn't raise him very well.

Khaki pants, solid colored button down shirt, dark blue blazer, tie, dark socks and dress shoes.

The blazer can be found at a decent thrift store for not too much.

  2. Yes, that attire would be perfectly acceptable.

If you live in Kentucky and want to look ridiculous.

  3. Good grief, you are not going to pick up the garbage for Pete's sake. No tee-shirts and NO shorts!

Wear a button-up shirt and a pair a slacks, at the very least, some khaqui pants and decent shoes.

    Good luck

  4. A dress or a skirt and sweater twin set

  5. Unless it is a very casual wedding I would not recommend wearing shorts.  Typically to a wedding a young girl would wear a sun dress during the day or a cocktail dress during the evening.  A young man would wear dress pants and a button down shirt.

  6. is this a redneck wedding? if it is NOT then you must wear a dress shirt, slacks ,nice shoes and do your hair up a little. Show you have some respect.

  7. Dress pants and a button up shirt if he isn't in the wedding. He is a family member so he should dress casual/formal. This is a special moment for his uncle so out of respect it would be best.
