How can i get my teeth as white as possible for cheep/ free? and how do i " baking soda" my teeth ?? ....

Many dentists will offer free bleaching to their new patients. Make an appointment with the dentist and see if he'll do that. Better yet, ask prior to making the appointment. Call around.
