Help with whitening strips????

about 6 monthes ago i used crest white strips and now i want to use them again. the last time i used them i would get a sharp stabbing pain doown one of my lower teeth after the first couple of uses it would go away after a few seconds. now the second time im using them im getting the pain again but a little worse does anyone know what this is, maybe sensitivity? is there any way to prevent this while im using the strips?? or before i use them?

This happened to me too when I first used it.  It was really wierd.  I haven't used it since.

I'd say to consult a doctor about it.  Or use that nurse hotline thing for Kaiser before using it again.

I am thinking about using those too. I would just stop using it and ask doctor what the problem is. Those things might have side effects.
