Help with windows 98se! Networking?

Question

Ok I just got my other computer running on windows 98se (for a project) , I need to transfer files from my computer to the other computer through a network. How do I set it up because I cant figure out how?

When it says add client, Add client for Microsoft networks

When it says add Protocol add Tcp/ip...

zip drive or take you hard drive out and plug it in to you PC and down it.
