There is a permanent live feed at both the ignition switch and the hazard warning switch on your Corsa.You can scotch lock onto either of them for a permanent feed to your amp.Hope this helps

If you really don't want to drill any holes you could run the wire up to the stereo and connect it to one of the wires I'm not to sure which wire it is as all cars are different but its more likely to be a red wire once you have connected it turn the ignition on and see if the amp powers on then turn the ignition off and see if the amp off.good luck i hope this has helped.
