Help with writing poems and just things?

so i like writing and i don't think that I'm that good? i just wrote this about 2 minutes ago it's something that just popped in my head.

i live for these crazy moments we have.as long as

i have you i'll always be glad

through the light or dark

you'll always have my heart

i just hope you see

how much you mean to me

never giving up

& never giving in

i'll always love you

until the very end.

But if you have any pointers please help.

When I write things like that, I usually end up wanting to make it more poetical for the harsher critics... which is an annoying reason to do such a thing.

ex:

Living through these crazy moments;

Sad & glad from bad and good omens.

Switching to and from light and darkness

Mad that it's hard to understand this heart.

I hope that you care, I hope that you see...

Just know, you mean so much to me.

I refuse to run when the problems come.

Choosing the hard way: not giving up.

Even when we don't seem like friends;

I'll love you, on my way to THE END.
