Help with yamaha digital pianos?

i've been wanting to get a piano, but an actual piano isn't going to work out in my house.. so i looked into getting a nice digital piano. i found a yamaha ypp200 digital piano. would that be good? anything you can tell me about what digital pianos are like or other brands i should look in to, would be great. i want to get something that is good but not too expensive..

    Digital piano is good to practice. It doesn' have the hard action of a real piano but some are touch sensitive. Yamaha make good pianos as well as Roland and Fender. If you could afford it, a Fender Rhodes is the best because of its unique sound and secondly, the action is like a real piano and is weighted.
