Help with zwinky. i can't get into zwinktopia anymore.?

every time i try to open my wardrobe or enter zwinktopia, it won't let me in. it just doesn't work. can someone help me??? i really need to get in.

I suggest downloading zwinktopia again.

i cant get in either. it will let me in until i try to change, then not again. i uninstalled zwinky and re-loaded it and it still doesnt work. i think that maybe zwinky is having technical trouble.
