Help wording a train ticket order...?

I am hoping to make a train journey from Edinburgh Waverly to Glasgow Queen Street. I am a child and I would like a same day return ticket. Can anyone tell me the best way to word my wishes when I order my ticket? I'm not good with words and I don't want to seem stupid.
