Ok I had volley ball practice four days in a row last week the exercises we did were jumping jack (15 then 15 then 10),then we did line drills for every ball we didn't get over the net when we served I missed 5 out of 10 (I wasn`t in the practice mood that day),crunches, sit ups, push ups,leg lifts, flutter kicks, serving, bumping, wall jumps(25 then 15 then 10),wall sits, and throwing the ball across the court,we were doing this almost every day for four days a week 2 hours a day.Could working out like this possibly be bad for you?You had to be there to know just how brutal our practice was. Please help.

  1. whats your name? and where do you live? i might know you... your vball sounds JUST like ours..

  2. it actually really depends on ur body type-no one knows this better than u...some ppl, like me, can work out for 4-5 hrs-i do basketball and tkd after school everyday but thats only during season...u should only work out till u feel like its enough-never work out till u feel like u'll fall or if every part of ur body aches...then that won't be good in long run-i did that once n trust me it wasn't good was aching all over...all i can say is if it rlly feels too hard maybe ask ur coach to slow it down a little...its best to have balance of like work out n juz hanging out w/ friends n juz chilling
