Help writing essay !?

Question

I'm writing a paper and it has to be on an ethical question involving schools.

For example:

Should religion be allowed in schools?

and

Should s*x education be taught in schools?

Those both are ethical questions regarding school but i however cannot use either one.

I need a question that is not to broad and can be answered with ease.

Should first amendment rights apply on campus?

How about one of these:  How should schools deal with hate crimes?  Hate speech?  How harshly should schools deal with bullying? At what point does bullying become an issue that needs to be addressed by school authorities?
