Help.. www.travel.state.gov?

Question

I am in the military and have recieved orders to Germany and was hoping someone Could run me through the online process of applying for a passport for my dependants .. Wife and 3 year old child.

Its the weekend and there is no one at the office and I kinda need the passports in less than... uh.. 25days so that my family can accompany me to germany..

also I know an ID card and orders are sufficient but... should I apply for a card?

and is there a way to expedite the whole process.. ?

there are 2 links to agencies that help get passports and visas.  but there should be someone at your base that can help you.  Don't worry to much about the 25 days.  You have time to get it. You can get a passport/visa in a shorter amount of time if needed but you will have to pay more I think.
