Help!!Help!! I have fat thighs..?

I realise that I've fat thighs eventhough I'm thin. My mass is 41kg and I'm 160cm tall. How can i overcome this problem.Please help!!

  2. If I have worked this out correctly you are 90lbs or  just over 6 stones in weight.  If this is right then you do not need to lose more weight (assuming you are a teen or adult) and at 160cm (5' 3" old values) it would indicate that you are underweight.

    If you still have fat thighs then it must be your body shape, however, leg lifts to the side (with or without weights) and massage may help to change the shape of your legs, if you really do have fat thighs.

    Many of us focus on the bits of our bodies that we dislike and undermine our own confidence.  Think about what you do like of yourself and focus on making the best of your best feature.  For fat thighs always wear skirts that flare out from the waist, not tight straight skirts.  Trousers wear flowing tops which highlight your femininity not your legs.

    Don't change yourself! You are not overweight and you are not un-healthy so there is nothing to worry about!

    Besides! Women with a little definition tend to be more appealing than women who are sticks!

  4. So do i~ i'm too thin, many friends just said so.But i have fat thighs and that really annoys me a lot. I'm trying to overcome it, i keep on jogging every night, and you can also try to stretch out your thighs straightly for some time ~anyhow, it's possible but it's difficult~

  5. do leg exercises - aerobics is really good for that or bike riding. Anything that works on the upper legs (thighs).. research it up.

  6. It happens to be the shape of your body (triangle shape, some people call it). A lot of people find it rather s**y!
