Help!!Road trip for 10 days with 14 year old, 10 year old, and 6 year old. Any advice?

Road Trip from Alaska to Arizona.

sounds like a good road trip but kinda boring because wouldn't diving to Alaska to Arizona be too long? you should try flying from where ever you live to Florida. it doesn't take too Long and it's rewarding, because when you get to Florida you can go on all those fun rides. Pus flying on airplanes are really fun. you can play games and watch t.v not to mention the snacks

Try to talk someone in to taking your place. First make sure the air conditioning is working properly and the rest of the vehicle is in good mechanical condition proof of insurance and registration, a G.P.S. would be a plus. Find what entertains each one and have it stocked, puzzle books electronic games, coloring books whatever it is so there minds are working. All the low sugar & salt snacks and drinks readly avalable, the oppisite temprature change of clothes and jackets, 3 cheap binnackulars. and all the medication every body will need for the whole trip plus a few days. Have the proper I.D.for every one, insurance, phone numbers and a couple hundred dollars cash, 2 fiffty's 2 twentey's and smaller for emergency.

Bring lots of food, plan lots of potty stops.  I used to live in Arizona and it gets hot as h**l in the summertime.  Not humid, but dry and hot.  Bring warm clothing but also lots of tank tops and shorts.  Since you're going on the eastern side of the country I would reccomend stopping in Portland, Oregon because it's really fun and nice there.  Also check out Crecent  Lake in Washington.
