Help!Room makeover?

Question

Okay so I recently moved to the basement,and theres some serious problems.

I'd like to know what i can do to fix them

Problem 1

There are a lot of pipes,and a vent thing.

Wow there is not much you can do about the pipes, unless you paint them. There's not much you can do about the bumps either unless you put up wallpaper or put alot more bumps on your wall with so paint then it'll look like its suppose to be there. And no one really looks at the ceiling. You can cover it with posters! It'll look like a collage!
