Helping rural china?

Question

I am in charge of our schools interact rotary club, and I am currently looking at options for our international project for next year. I was thinking of trying to help build a school in rural china, such as donating supplies and money. However, I'm not sure who to contact to help coordinate such a transaction. Where could I find a person/organization who is doing projects in rural china and would accept our club's help?
