Helping someone find a death certificate in Costa Rica (San Jose)??

I need more help on this than originally thought. I have the name of the deceased and the cemetary...otherwise, how do I get copies of the death certificates??? The son looking for this is 75 years old and has limited English. Really, HELP.

all you need is the person name then go to the registro civil and you will get it, or tell me the name I live in san carlos very close to the registro, I will get it for you
