Help!my plane wont turn while on the ground on FSX?

None of my airplanes will taxi after landing or before take-off,only shift p will back up while on the ground.I have never had this problem before.I reinstalled fsx after getting my laptop repaired.I am using a Saitek ST290 PRO joystick and a Saitek P990 Dual Anlog Controller.

go to the options menu, and click on "controls"...

Click on the tab that represent the joystick axes, then double check that the rudder controls have a joystick assignment nect to it in the list... if not, double click the rudder item in the list then twist the joystick and it should register the movement and you will have full rudder control.

Also, you may have "auto-rudder" enabled... and with this, you can't control the rudder or steering yourself... check this in the "realism" settings (make sure it's turned off).
