Helpp My Hair Appointment is at 2.30?

Question

I Have black straight shoulder length hair, i want to keep the length but i want a really funky hairstyle that really stands out i cant dye it because my school wont allow.. can anyone help me my appointment is at 2:30 Today.. Thanks x*x

   Go early to your appointment and look through the different books they have with pictures of haircuts/styles. You could also go to either a magazine rack or bookstore and look through their mags/books.  When you find the look you want take the picture to whoever is doing your hair.  Ask them how that would look on you.  It would probably be a good idea to find more than one, in case one type of cut wasn't flattering to your face shape or just so you can discuss it with your hairstylist.  Just a tip:  however you get your hair cut make sure you can wear it funky like you want but a little less extreme if you find you don't really care for the cut on you.  Never hurts to have a back-up plan!

look for some hair styles on the internet. your hair wont stand out unless you use gel or mousse to style it, that is the most important thing. And if you want it to be funky try getting layers. it will keep the length and allow you to have a crazy hair style.

There are tons of books at the stylists tell her what  you want and the school rules and she will come up with something they are always up on the latest popular styles.
