thats never gonna happen if u don't have it in ur genes.

i find it really creepy, but someone i know doesn't wear bras to sleep so they'll grow in her sleep haha. doubt that works.

Don't sleep on your chest, don't do TOO many sports(gymnasts have flat chests 'cause they stretch too much), eat healthy food, and wear a bra that's not too small so there's space for your b*****s to grow. But some people are born to have small b*****s and you can't do anything to make them grow. Good luck!

You can't really do anything to help them "grow" unless you gain weight. The added fat will probably go to b***s since they are a fat storage. And..don't wear a bra when you sleep. Other than that, there's nothing you can really do.

Your breast size is determined at birth - it is based on your parent's bloodlines & history

You can do exercises to boost them a bit when they do start growing, but the best advice anyone could give you is to learn to be happy with whatever shape and size you turn out to be.

DON"T try to look like anyone else - especially Hollywood Celebrities (they're all fake anyway!)

get a bra correctly fitted and pray you inherited the big breast gene from one of your relatives...

Give yourself some time to develop. 12 is still very young and it also depends on you gene pool. ie how big is your mum & grandmothers

Eat a good balanced diet, exercise regularly and avoid any harsh knocks to that area.
