how do you apply your eyeliner like this?

it looks kinda shadowy around the eyes?

use a black eyeliner and with a foam eyeshadow applicator, line your eyes with char col black shadow. then smudge it with the applicator.

YOU DON'T! i suggest some makeup remover...and perhaps a tan....this girl is rather pale. hope you take this into some consideration before you try this "look" (or as i like to call it....STYLE DONT)

smudge your eyeliner and mix with white to get a greyish colr around the edge

you have to have thick and long eyelashes

or use fake ones

and volumizing mascara

you dont have to use liquid

you can burn the tip of a stick of black eyeliner just dont press hard

have a steady hand toooo

buy and eyelinner stick with a smuggy thingy at the bottom the you put it on and smug afterwards

it's really pretty but just go a little lighter on the eyeliner and shadow but otherwise it is really pretty.

Use a small amount of regular eyeliner first, and smear it a bit until you get as much of a shadow effect as you want.

Then, apply liquid eyeliner over it

You use liquid eyeliner.  But the shadow is just too much.  Karen H

you use an eyeliner with a smudger, such as covergirl eye pencil. and line your top lash line, bottom lash line, and water line. and smudge top and bottom. then you can apply black shadow with a small brush if you like.

ummm i think ur apposed to smudge it a bit w/ a q tip or something after u put it on. thats wat my friend christine did to the girls for our play anyway, but idk

Applies a thick line of liner on both top and bottom and in her water line ... she has that smokey look on the top so she probably uses a black shadow that blends with her liner or  smudges her eyeliner

wow, she's got really pretty eyes.

i think she may have just blurred the picture to give her eyes that affect though...

but i'd just just black or dark grey shadow and then use a brush to blend it out a little.

paintbrushes work really good and they're not expensive!
