but im trying to live with other responsible adult's i know ..

Depends on how old you are really.

If your 16 you could get emancipated [well in NC I know at least] but then you'd really have to prove that your parents are unfit.

If you have problems at home and you are under 18, then here in UK you can go to Social Services and tell them what is happening in your life.

I dont know what happens where you are in the world, but dont you have anyone you can talk to about this ?

Where are your grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles etc., surely there is someone you can talk to.

Well, can you support yourself?  If not, the chance that you will get into an abusive relationship is very high.

16+ you can get emancipated but if not maybe stay with a friend and their family til things cool down.
