  1. painting is always the cheapest route...if you don't feel like painting, there is a great site I use every so often to add some decor to my home. It is easy, cheap and fun to do and you can remove it when you are done so you don't have to paint.

Try them out, they have all kinds of designs and quotes and embellishments for your walls, it may be easier and just as cheap as painting for a fresh new look.

    Good Luck

  2. Find some posters of your fave band or movie. Decorate your mirror or lamp. Get a cd player with a rack of Cd's. Stuffed animals work too. Hope this helps.

  3. i re-did my room! Walmart they are cheap and have some really neat things! If not there then i would say try target they got alot of cool things there too! Hope i was able to help!

  4. If your talking paint, just buy cheap pots of nice vibrant colours or soft colours depending on what look you want. Or if you want to transform a room without paint you could buy storage boxes or buy cheap fabrics to use as throws or curtains. Buy interior design books and use the ideas out of them with cheaper versions. Have fun and be creative!

  5. you can buy canvas's at a lot of dollar stores for $1,  then you can either use some old fabric you have or go buy some from a discount bin, and just stretch it on the canvas and staple it into the wood on the back.

  6. Go to walgreen, riteaid, or cvs. There are a lot of things you can buy. I suggest getting some paintings, posters, and a rug. Everythging else is your own creative choice.

  7. just give it ur own personal touch. put up some pictures, posters, painting, drawings, anything that u like.

  10. Watch HGTV or Style there are lots of design shows on these channels. You can buy paint at a cheap price. Go to Home Depot and look thru there paint color samples there are so many to choose from. If you are wanting to change your bed. If it is wood you could try removing the paint and repainting or stain it also. If you have the extra money you can get a pretty nice bed in a bag at Wal-mart or K-mart (they have Martha Stewart brand). Hope this helps

  11. Paint! New linens and pillows! Change your lighting!

Go to a home improvement store and see what paint people have had mixed, but didn't use. You can find great colors for way less money.

Head to a store like Ross, Marshalls or the like and pick up some new sheets, blankets and decorative pillows. The focal point of most rooms is the bed.

Is your lighting dramatic? Head to a second-hand store and find some fun lamps!
