Helppp Full screen mode .....?

Okay i love watching videos on you tube or on VHF1 or subfamily.com but i just got a new Dell laptop 1525 inspiration and when i try to watch a video on full screen mode it doesn't show the picture but only the sounds come out. How can I fiex this
