it doesn't have a specific number of times or whatever, it depends on the guy and the size of their p***s, it also depends on your elasticity features, everyones skin is different, its like if you gain weight in your arms and then loose it sometimes your skin just hangs there other times it stretches back into place.  if you have s*x a lot and then don't have s*x again for a year it can stretch back into place and not be loose, you can also do cagil exercising, which is squeezing the muscles inside- (The ones that you use when you stop your pee when you're going)  Most of the time guys can't tell anyways, the only way you're going to get noticable loose is if you put abnormal things up there like incredibly big things..
