Helppppp!!!! This is urgent about my Sims 2 Game!!?

Alright, I have The Sims 2 Double Deluxe. And I have been trying to play it today. And every time it gets to the loading screen it crashes or freezes up my computer! It has never done this before. Can someone help??

P.S. I recently uninstalled 2 expansion packs last night. And im getting a new one today.

Yep. I think it's because you uninstalled the expansion and you were previously using it so now your game freezes at loading because it's only got half its programs running.

it's possible that the uninstallation of the two games could have caused this issue.  Some expansions alter the game when they are installed.  I think that you might have to completely uninstall the whole game and then re-install it without the two expansions (because you obviously don't want them anymore)
