Helps me sleepping problem...mom wont help ?

GAWD please helps me i really cant sleep and ya my mom refuses to take me to a doctor its been like this for months my famliy has history of sleeping problems and she says shes not taking me to the docoter (im 14 please dont reprot i have no pic.s of myself posted on here) i just need to sleep and shes like just go to bed and im like omg if i could sleep i wouldnt be having the conversation with you if i could sleep and yah................................ uuuuugggghhhhhhhh please she always says whenever i bring it up "sleeping pills are highly addicting" and im like omg i think i have enough self control not to take a sleeping pill everyday even when i can sleep

  3. I definitely know how that is! Some things that might help are exercising every day, eating well, reading before bed, chamomile tea, warm milk =). When you're exerting your energy during the day, it makes a lot easier to fall asleep at night, I've found. If nothing works then you might have to take a city bus or get a friend to drive you to the doctor's.  Or you could go to a pharmacy and check out what kind of over-the-counter products they have. Good luck!

One simple thing to do would be to see if a friend's mom or dad could take you.  Or if you have any friends that drive.  If this doesn't work, talk to your school nurse!  Lack of sleep can be very detrimental to your health, and will affect everything from your appetite to your grades.  Be sure to get the problem solved!

  5. Try finding Valerian. It's a natural sleep aid and it's non-addictive.

    I took it for a while, and it works ok. The only problem I had with it is that it takes about 3 hours to start working.
