so i know it's kind of dorky for a teenager to actually care about cellphone bills when that's mommy and daddy's(lol) job but what's is up with Tmobile's bill charges. like today i checked my minutes and bill summary and it said our family(we use family shared plan) owes around 227 dollars when we used only 235 on a 1200 minute voice plan. i tried calling customer service but they suck so right now my parents are angry and they what to switch to metro. i'm probably going to sound like a spoiled brat but i had my eye on a certain phone and i don't want to lose it over tmobile's mistake. oh yea, we haven't been texting so that's certainly isn't the problem. what do we do now?

p.s it's been happening like this since the beginning of summer(our last bill summary was $511 and we only used 1238 minutes which is a little over but yea.

p.s.s. the family plan is around 79.00 or 149.00- forgot but how the heck did it end up to be 500 dollars.

what should we do?

oh yea,

p.s.s.s- we can't afford to break "all" of our contracts.

sorry but any spelling mistakes and that this was too long

thanks:)

  1. My mom told me that fees for breaking contracts are illegal now.

So I guess it doesn't cost anything extra to break contracts now? Hmm

  2. They have a website that is very easy to use try that before you call again and I can always get hold of customer service with Tmobile. I am sorry you have had such a bad time.
