Help?!!we have a customer that needs a name stitched on a bucket hat. we need any info on what hat hoop to use

we are using a melco machine and havn't had any problem until the bucket hats were brought into the store. since this a large job we really need any info that may be available

looked around cound't find anything, I'd say contact the machine company and see what they suggest.
