The only facts I see in your cuestion are:

1. You need stainless steel

2. You can write english

In order to be able to answer properly, you should at least, mention the name of the state and country you live in. Or, do you think it could be of any use if I tell you where they sell stainless steel in Perth. Australia?

Google stainless steel tubing, there are lots of supply houses which stock a wide range of sizes and shapes.  It depends on how much you need.  If you need one piece 3 inches long, you have a problem.  If you need 1000 lbs of it, there are lots of people who would be interested in selling it to you.

If you really need only a small piece and you have some design requirements that do not correspond to what is available commercially, contact a local machine shop with a drawing of what you want.  For the right price, someone will make whatever you want.
